East Wing Room Directory and Guide

East Wing [B]

The current generation of East Wing cats were, with few exceptions, born into the lab. They would have rarely, if ever, left even the East Wing rooms and hallways. This was their home and the other residents of their rooms were their families. Each room consisted of various family groups, bred and genetically altered for specific traits. Unlike the West Wing cats, the purpose of these experiments were more for profit than for practical purposes. Most of the breeding projects here were being done for both experimentation and for the opportunity to later be sold as luxury pets to particularly affluent benefactors. The subjects in this wing were treated rather well. They were socialized often with both the human staff and other East Wing Subjects, ate reasonable quality meals, and spent the majority of the day loose in their rooms with the rooms’ other residents. Aside from occasional injections and treatments during pregnancy, they were spared from harsh experiments.

East Wing Characteristics and Ability Traits:

When creating an East Wing Cat, you’ll choose one animal from the rooms listed Family or Order that your character was genetically spliced/bred to resemble. Your character may share visual similarities with your chosen species. These similarities right now are often very subtle. Example: Your Cervidae resident may have horn buds but not full horns. Your Rodentia resident might have a tail that is balding on the end, similar to a rat. As a general rule, please keep your characters 90% cat in visual characteristics. If you’re unsure if something would be allowed, please ask in the Help channel on discord! We want to allow as much freedom as possible in character creation but we’ll add stricter rules here if later needed.
